Trying to get the most done with the least amount of money to our taxpayers.

Your interaction with other transportation officials is invaluable. Join today and widen your networking capabilities. Starting in 2026, there are no membership dues for Active Members or Associate Members! Active Membership is conferred through attendance at our Annual Conference. Associate Members (Vendors) are encouraged to make a contribution and support the Annual Conference. Please use our contact form to inquire about making a contribution or sponsoring an event.

Active members include:

  • County Commissioners
  • City Council members
  • Public Works Directors
  • County Engineers
  • Road and Bridge Administrators/ Superintendents
  • Crew Supervisors/ Crew Leaders/ Foreman
  • Construction Inspectors/ Engineering Technicians 
  • Equipment Operators
  • Laborers
  • Any City or County employee involved in design, maintenance or construction of roads, bridges and highways in the State of Missouri.
